‘There’s a Benefit for That!’

Learn how we partnered with the U.S. Benefits team of one of the world’s leading reinsurance and insurance providers on an integrated marketing campaign promoting robust benefits and resources.


  • Many Swiss Re employees were not aware of the wide range of benefits offered to them, leading to low utilization for some benefits. 
  • The US Benefits team was short on time and resources. They wanted an easy-to-execute communication strategy to increase engagement and usage.  

The Swiss Re team partnered with OKG on a comprehensive marketing campaign designed to amplify awareness and understanding of the available employee benefits and resources, elevate their perceived value, and increase utilization.  

  • Made it personal: We branded their benefits with a clever, overarching theme:There’s a Benefit for That!” The theme carried across all program elements and aligned with the messaging that benefits information is important and personal. 
  • Created a year-round communication campaign: We developed a benefits communication strategy focused not just on Annual Enrollment, but also on moments that matter for employees and their families – all year long.  
  • Targeted select employee demographics: To meet employees where they are in significant life stages, we created “one-stop shop” benefit resource guides for two high-impact employee groups: Parents @ Swiss Re Resources Guide and Your Journey to Retirement Guide.  
  • Answered Frequently Asked Questions with infographics: We educated employees on specific benefits questions in fun and creative ways: Life Events Infographic and MythBusters: 5 Misconceptions of High Deductible Health Plans.  

  • Raised awareness of the range of benefits and resources available  
  • Increased usage of underutilized benefits 
  • Received positive feedback on benefits communication materials from employees and their families
